PLANNED INFINITE CAMPUS OUTAGE - BEGINS APRIL 15 AT 6PM
All instances of our Cleveland Heights University Heights Infinite Campus website and app (Parent Portal, Student Portal, & Staff Portal) will be offline and unavailable to access for 12 hours beginning Wednesday, April 15 at 6pm through Thursday, April 16 at 6am. This downtime has been requested by Infinite Campus in order to perform upgrades to our database server.
Our expectation is that Infinite Campus will be fully operational by 6:00 AM on April 16. Any updates or additional information about this process will be shared.
